Melinda was our realtor when we sold our house and purchased another one. Melinda exemplifies all the qualities that we wanted in a realtor. She is professional, knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. We are thankful that we had Melinda as our realtor and would definitely recommend her.

Melinda has truly been a blessing.  We had been looking at different properties in Tennessee for a while.  While on vacation, we found a piece that we fell in love with, but it was a Saturday, and we were heading back home to Indiana.  We decided to call the number on the sign, and Melinda answered.  She let us know she was close and would be happy to meet us in person, which she did within minutes.  After meeting Melinda, we knew this was meant to be.  She was so knowledgeable about the property, the area, the price, and the sellers.  She spent time with us, and there was no feeling of being rushed to make a decision, even though we made it pretty obvious we wanted that property.  The whole ride back to Indiana we discussed buying the property and with Melinda’s help, we put in our bid.  We were able to buy the property with no hassle and no bidding wars.  Melinda stayed with us every step of the way, answering calls, texts, and emails, and providing us with information and answers to questions.  We did everything remotely, and Melinda made sure we always knew what was going on.

We feel very blessed to have met Melinda and would highly recommend her!  Melinda started as our realtor, but has since become a friend.
